Do take note that this sparring event is only eligible for those who is currently studying in Poly or ITE and not open to alumni.

Please print, fill the form and pass it to me during training on this coming Tuesday 28th December. Everyone is required to fill in the indemnity form regardless if they are participating in Poomsae or Sparring.
Each institute will only be allowed a maximum of 2 players from each gender for each weight category for the sparring event and for the Poomsae event. The sparring event is open only to red belts and and black belts while the Poomsae event is available for every belt level from yellow and above (there will be no tip pattern). Selections for both Poomsae and Sparring will be held on this coming tuesday so do attend the training if you intend to participate in the POL-ITE.
