Payment of Fees and Payment Advice Slip Sample

To cope with the overwhelming queue each time you need to pay the Treasurer, Miao Qiao, we have come up with a few ways to help her.




1. When you need to pass any fees or monies to Treasurer:

a. Take a copy of the Payment Advice Slip, complete it (self explanatory)

b. Put your money and payment advice slip into an envelope and SEALED it (recycle empty envelopes you get from Starhub invoices, mailers, etc!).

2. Zhang Shuai has been tasked to assist Miao Qiao when the queue is overwhelming.
(Please only pass money to her in the presence of Miao Qiao)
