IMPORTANT NOTE:
· Please report at Training ground (Block E, Level 3) on 4th June 2010 (Friday), 2000 HOURS (8pm) SHARP.
· Although this is an Orientation camp, it is still a taekwondo camp we expect punctuality and full discipline to be observed at all times. Those who violate the rules will be dealt with appropriately.
· No one is allowed to leave the camp halfway through, unless for approved reasons.
· Have sufficient rest before coming for camp as activities planned are very packed.
· Please inform/ approach the attending First-Aider should you be feeling unwell or be injured at any point of time during the camp.
· Running/ Covered shoes must be worn during games and most activities to prevent any injuries.
· During the camp there will be training so NO ONE IS SUPPOSE TO WEAR SHORTS DURING THE TRAINING. Please wear your long pants or Gi pants.
· Snacks are not allow during any point of the camp, in case the meals provided are not enough or of not your liking or any other reasons, please inform any of the facilitators, coordinators or directly to the camp chiefs.
· Mobile phones are not allowed during camp, if you brought your phone along, you’ll have to surrender your mobile phone at the beginning of the camp for save keepings. Unless you need to contact anyone please inform us.
· Other electronic gadgets such as MP3, MP4, I-touch, PSP or any other forms of electronic devices are not allowed during the duration of any activities. The things stated above are ONLY allowed during non-training period.
· You are solely responsible for the safekeeping of your own valuables should you choose to bring them.
· NYP Taekwondo Club will not be liable for any lost of your personal valuables.
