Mock grading on Fri (02/07) & Sat at Zen (03/07)

Prior to the upcoming grading on sunday 4th of july, there would be mock grading conducted during friday's training session. All of you may come in half gee. Failure to attend which, you would not be able to go for grading.

Those who are not able to come for mock grading on friday, please call and tell me your reasons & go for mock grading on sat at zen (tampines).

Those who are free on Saturday afternoon are encouraged to go and support catherine and wenxin who are taking their black belt grading this coming sat at 1pm at Yishun sports hall :DD.
