Updates from the last training on 28/12/2010

There will be no training on 31 December 2010 (Fri).

Selection for POL-ITE Poomsae.

The selection on Tuesday 28/12/2010 is not final. There will be another selection during the next training on 04/1/2011 (Tues). Therefore, you're encouraged to work hard in your pattern if you wish to participate in the POL-ITE poomsae competition.

Submission for POL-ITE Poomsae and Sparring Forms.

For sparring, please submit your indemnity and sparring registration form (Kyorugi) by this coming Tuesday (4 Jan). The same goes for poomsae, indemnity and individual male / individual female registration form have to be submitted also. A copy of your I/C and Student admin card is required too. Please photocopy and staple it with the rest of the forms.

Things to take note when filling up:

Indemnity Form
- All under 21 years of age must get the consent of their parents or guardians.

Sparring Registration Form
- Must state martial art background if any
- Must state last tournament fought in which year
- Indicate current weight
- Must state age

Female and Male Individual Pattern Form
- Make sure the participants are only participating in their own belt pattern or one level higher. (Applicable only until Red belt)
