There will be mock grading tomorrow during our training on 14 Jan 11. It is compulsory for those who are attending the grading on Sunday 16 Jan 11 to go through and pass this mock grading.
Tomorrow's training attire is track pants and t-shirt/dry fit t-shirt. No bermudas or shorts allowed.
