Do take note there is a mock grading on this coming Friday, 1st April. Green belts and above do remember to bring your guards!
Whoever fails or do not attend the mock grading will not be allowed to take part in the actual grading. For those who are unable to make it for Fridays' Mock grading can come down to Zen training at Tampines Changkat Zone 3 Tampines St 11 Blk 111 7.30pm on Saturday to take the mock grading.
