Weigh Loss diet helps in IPPT

Hi all!

as we all know, losing weight is not easy, not only do we need to exercise consistently we also need to watch our diets. Losing weight will also help in passing the IPPT for the guys and gentle reminder, next Friday is our 2.4km run (both guys and girls will be running), after the run there will be sparring so bring your guards!
