Please take note of the following

1. There will be 2.4km Rerun on this friday 8th July and sparring afterwards so please bring your guards (No Sparring on Tomorrow Tuesday). Those who are not running this friday will be deem as not completed the full IPPT.

2. For the grading on 17th July we will be going to Clover Spring @ Jalan Besar (Please refer to

Post Grading Event for more detail).
