Here's some information for you in the event of an injury!
Just follow the R.I.C.E. method!
So what is R.I.C.E?
R=rest
I=ice
C=compression
E=elevation
Once you get injured, the first thing you should do is rest and not train or excercise more! After that, you have to put ice on your wound for 15 minutes and rest. Keep icing each day for 15 minutes until your swelling goes down. Always elavate the injured area when icing and sleeping too! Lastly make sure you compress the ice to your wound when icing!
That's the R.I.C.E. method! Just follow these simple steps and you're on your way to recovery. However, if its anything serious, its best to see a doctor!
