MOOTO Open Championships and Briefing

Regarding the MOOTO Open Championships on 10th and 11th December:

Kyorugi - All RED BELTS and above (including those Red-tip who went for grading in October) please fill up the form for the individual Kyorugi event at page 18 (check your age, make sure it's the right division).

Poomsae - Everyone please fill in the Poomsae individual form at page 12. You can leave the belt level blank until the grading results have been released.

Kyorugi event is compulsory for all redbelts and above, for poomsae event everyone must fill in the form. Submission of form does not mean that you will need to take part, reason why we require everyone to submit the forms is because we need to gather all the form and particulars fast to consolidate them as the deadline is very close. We will select the members who will be competing on a later date.

Things to submit
DEADLINE on 1st November Tuesday training

- Kyorugi form (For Red belts and above)
- Poomsae form (Everyone)
- Photocopy of birth certificates, NRICs, FIN cards or passports (Proof of age)
- Photocopy of Dan Cert or card for black belts

**Please submit the above to me on Friday's training (Tuesday is the deadline, late forms will not be entertained), separate forms with proof of age will not be accepted.**

Payment for the events is $30 for 1st event and $20 for 2nd event of the same category.
(If a participant were to join 2 poomsae event, individual and team, he will need to pay $50. If a participant were to join 1 poomsae event and 1 kyorugi event, it will be $60.)
