All take note!! This coming Friday 21 Oct we will have sparring. Full contact for seniors light contact for juniors. Everyone is expected to bring your guards including the juniors. No guards = No sparring and punishment.
For juniors who have not purchased your guards get them from Miao Qiao ASAP you have all been given enough time to purchase it previously.
From now onwards sparring will be on EVERY Friday training unless otherwise stated.
