Upcoming Inter-Tertiary Taekwondo Championships 2012

The upcoming Inter-Tertiary Taekwondo Championships (Previously known as POL-ITE) will be held on the 15th of January 2012. The details are as followed,

Date:15th January 2012
Time:9am - 10pm
Venue: Temasek Polytechnic Sports Complex

There will be Poomsae (Mixed Pair and Individual) and Kyorugi (Individual for Red and Black Belts) and the requirement to join this competition is to be a full-time student of NYP additionally there is no registration fee for this competition.

For those players who are selected, kindly submit your form to me on this coming TUESDAY TRAINING, it is the DEADLINE and there will be no extension this time. If you did not bring your form or sign it etc then you will have to miss this competition.

I need EVERYONE regardless of your belt level to download print and sign the Indemnity form because we will be having our poomsae selection this Tuesday and there is no time to collect the form on any later date, this is very serious and I hope for everyone's cooperation.

Things to submit

1. Photocopy of your student admin card
2. Photocopy of your EZ Link Card/NRIC (Proof of Age)
3. Kyorugi Form (For fighters)
4. Competition Indemnity Form
5. School Indemnity Form
6. For Black Belt Photocopy Dan Card/ Dan Cert (I need you to bring your Dan Card on Tuesday training as well, we need to provide original copy for registration on Thursday)
