Taekwondo Open Championship *Amended 26th January*

ToC (Taekwondo Open Championships) 2012 will be on the 3rd, 4th, 10th and 11th of March this year. 3rd and 4th will be the Poomsae Event and 10th and 11th will be the Kyorugi event. Players have to be age 17 as of the month February to take part in the Poomsae events and age 18 as of the month February to take part in kyorugi event. Further details will be released on a later date.

Those who took part in ITTC will automatically be put in the ToC player list, if you do not wish to do so, please approach Brian Sir for clarifications. There will be a registration fee of $10 for kyorugi participants and $7 for individual event participant and $28 for the whole team (average $9 per team member), I will try to claim reimbursement from the school but payments have to be made first.

I need everyone's coorperation on this, please sign and hand me the form ASAP. Collections of forms is open now, please pass your respective form (the event that you are taking part in) along with a photocopy of your admin card, IC/EZ link, school indemnity form and for black belts dan card/cert.

4. School Indemnity form

5. Photocopy Dan Card/Cert (For Black belters)

6. ORIGINAL Dan Card/Cert (For Black Belters)
