Bootcamp Fee: $250 for early bird sign-up in pairs and $280 for early bird sign ups, $300 for On the spot registration. (Early bird sign-up period is up to 16th March, Submission after 16th March will be considered as on the spot course fee)

The Zen PKM Boot Camp Certification of Attendance will be given to all, while Certificate of Instruction (Level 3) will be given based on merits of the participants and their current credentials (prove of minimum one year in any martial art).
All participants are required to fill in the ZEN school Registration form, a medical clearance form and an indemnity form. These 3forms are to be submitted together with the bootcamp fee by 16th March, to Winnie.
NOTE: This is an entry requirement for Pure Krav Maga level 4 instructor course conducted by Mr Boaz IDF's chief instructor for the Krav Maga Israeli Defense Force training system of hand to hand Combat, specialising in teaching the most advanced Krav Maga application to special operation units, and conducting Krav Maga instructor's training program certification.
The forms will be uploaded by tomorrow 9th March.
