1. For Sunday grading green belt above bring guards, meet 8.30am at Toa Payoh Sportshall main entrance. After grading we will move off as a group to the lunch area at Clover Spring.
2. Next Tuesday there will be contact sparring bring your full guard.
3. Next Friday there will be friendly match with TP, all those who wants to fight (yellow belt and above) will have to get an indemnity form from me, fill it up and pass back to me before the friendly match.
4. There will be a gym session (Acrobatic gym not resistance training gym) on next Sunday 23rd July, you will be able to learn more on how to do flip actions (front flip, back flips etc) there. Take note this is a Own time own target training you will be progressing at your own pace, there will be people to help you out on moves that you don't know but you will have to push yourself.

5. Please refer to the previous post for the Chinese Tui Na Course for Sports Injury at here. You are encouraged to sign up to learn more about how to heal injuries.
6. Those who missed mock grading can come down for the second and last mock grading on Saturday 16th July Zen Zone 3 training at Tampines St 11 Block 111, from 7.30pm to 9.00pm. Please take note for those who missed the mock grading but still wishes to go for the grading, you will have to get Brian Sir's permission to go for the grading.
